Privacy policy

An email address and password when you create an account. The box designs you save — dimensions, board and finishing choices, and any artwork files you upload. Your orders, delivery addresses, and the proofs you approve. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

To make and deliver what you ordered, and to reproduce it exactly if you reorder — every order keeps its full specification, including artwork, for as long as we are required to retain order records. Guest designs made before signing up are linked to your account when you claim them.

We don’t sell your data, run third-party advertising, or use your artwork for anything other than producing your order.

You can ask us to delete your account and uploaded artwork at hello@makanbox.com. Records of completed orders are retained where the law requires it (tax and contract records), but artwork is detached from anything no longer needed for an order.
