Delivery packaging for cloud kitchens

A cloud kitchen has no shopfront. On a delivery app the photo is the menu, and when the order arrives the bag and the box are the only part of the brand a customer ever holds.

The quickest win is a printed sleeve over the container you already use: no new supplier and no change to your packing line. Add dessert and side boxes sized to the portion, and bags, trays, sachets and sealing labels from the wider range, all on one quote.

Questions

Anything that depends on the print run, such as minimums and lead times, is confirmed with your quote.

Can one sleeve size fit several containers?
A sleeve is sized to one container’s outside dimensions. If your containers are within a few millimetres of each other one size may cover them; send the sizes with your quote request and we will check.
What is the minimum order?
On request. Every box is made to order at your size and small batches are welcome. The firm minimum depends on the box, the board and the print run, and comes with your quote.
Is the packaging food safe?
Board grades and food-contact documentation come from the print partner’s board specification, and are on request. Tell us what touches the box (dry, oily or moist food) when you ask for a quote so we can match the board, or plan a liner.
What is the lead time?
On request. It is confirmed with your quote and counted from the day you approve the proof.
Can I get a sample first?
Samples are on request. Ask for one when you request a quote and we will tell you what is possible for your size and board.
Do I get a dieline?
Every box is drawn by our dieline engine at your exact inside size and board thickness, so there is no stock template to adapt. You see the flat dieline and a 3D fold in the configurator, production files (PDF, DXF and SVG) are generated from your order, and a dieline file for your own designer is available on request.
Do you make more than boxes?
Yes. The Makan Box range also covers paper cups, kraft paper bags, stand-up pouches, labels and stickers, noodle boxes, bento trays, sauce sachets and tingkat tins. Boxes are sized and drawn online; the rest of the range is quoted on request.
How do I order?
Request a quote with the size and quantity you need, or size the box yourself in the configurator first. A person replies with a firm price, minimum and lead time for your run.
Tell us what you pack. We will size the box.

Send your product, the quantity and the date you need it by. A person replies with a firm quote.
