Terms of service

Prices are computed from your exact configuration and confirmed at checkout. If a price changes between quoting and payment, you see the change before you are charged — never after. Every box is made to order to the dimensions you configured.

Printed orders are produced from the proof you approve. The approved proof file — not a screen preview — is the binding reference for what we print. The 3D preview is an illustration.

You confirm you hold the rights to artwork you upload. We use it only to produce your order, and we may refuse or halt orders containing artwork we reasonably believe infringes someone else’s rights.

Because everything is made to order, an order can be changed or cancelled in full until it is released to production, and only partially after that. If what arrives does not match your approved proof, contact hello@makanbox.com and we will make it right.
